Liza

Liza Wu is a classical pianist in Manhattan, performing regularly with vocalists and instrumentalists in the city, as well as nationwide. She has been a longtime affiliate of many music organizations, including the Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity (Organist), the Rodney Marsalis Philadelphia Big Brass ‘Brothers on the Battlefield’ (Pianist), Barnard College/Columbia University (Pianist/Coach), New York University (Pianist/Coach), the School for Strings (Pianist), and Interlochen Arts Camp & Institutes (Pianist).

Previously, Liza was on the faculty of the Professional Performing Arts School with the National Chorale; Music Director/Organist of the Church of St. Denis; Assistant Music Director/Pianist of the New York Youth Symphony Singers; Assistant Music Director/Keyboardist for Columbia Artists’ Theatricals National Tours; Pianist/Harpsichordist of the Bronx Opera, Chelsea Opera & Orchestra, and Concerts in Motion; Piano and Chamber Music faculty of the Diller-Quaile School of Music; and a sideline musician for NBC’s music series Smash.
