Jennifer Hoyal Cuthill is an EON Research Fellow at the Earth-Life Science Institute, Tokyo Institute of Technology and Department of Earth Sciences, University of Cambridge. She has a background in palaeobiology, PhD (University of Cambridge), MSc (University of Bristol), biology and psychology (BSc Hons Zoology, University of Bristol).
Jennifer works on a range of projects searching for patterns and organising principles in biological evolution. She is especially interested in the evolutionary transitions that enabled the evolution of multicellularity and the origin of moving, thinking animals.
